Pragovka Residential Buildings

Industrial Pragovka. Converting a brownfield into a neighborhood. On the plot that opens
the new Pragovka, between the old development and the future new one, following Hall
E, the chimney, the corner and the square, I propose the Pragovka apartment buildings -
houses that seek an answer to how to be a city block, how to shape places in the new
neighborhoods, and especially how to be houses that become homes.
